Using the site, completing the scorecard, or contacting us does not make you a client. We represent clients only under a signed engagement letter. Until then, please don't send us confidential information you wouldn't want held outside a formal engagement.

The scorecard

The scorecard is a self-assessment based on your own answers. It isn't a valuation, an appraisal, or a prediction of what a buyer or lender will do.
