Bulwark Advisory Group, Inc. ("Bulwark," "we," "us") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Information you share with us during a client engagement is covered by your engagement letter and any confidentiality agreement.
Information you give us
Exit-readiness scorecard. Your scores for each question, your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, type of business, revenue range, and expected timing for a sale.
Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the service you're interested in, and your message.
Scheduling a call. Your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking.
Email updates. Your email address, if you subscribe.
Please don't send detailed financial records, tax returns, or account numbers through the website forms. If we work together, we'll set up a secure way to exchange documents.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Our website host and our customer relationship software use cookies and similar tools to do this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, send the scorecard readout you asked for, schedule and prepare for calls, send email updates if you subscribed, and understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We may also use it to follow up about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with buyers, lenders, or other clients.
We use service providers to run the site and manage our contacts, including Wix (website hosting) and HubSpot (contact management, forms, scheduling, and email). They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and scorecard information for as long as it's useful for our relationship with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email updates using the link in any email. You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing jacob.wood@bulwarkadvisorygroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we'll honor requests as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee the security of information you send online.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
